Basic Information
All parameters pertaining to a piece of land are collected in a database and the confines of the area are digitally recorded, using a GIS.
Splitting Lots
Lots may be split up in sections to account for differing conditions (e.g. exploitation system, lease holding, hunting districts etc.). Relevant Information is recorded for each section separately.
Visualization
Combining the database with graphical information enables interactive access to all Lot Data. The link to physical data increases the informational value and provides ease of use of lot administration.
Updating Information
Lot administration data records are kept up to date according to the documents presented by you (certificate of change, leases, etc.).
Individual Reports
For extended use of the lot database, customized SQL queries may be performed.
Lot Map
Using GIS software, individual property is digitally recorded on an ALB (Automated Lot Book of land survey offices) basis with respect to its district, community, part of community area, lot number, etc. , colorized and displayed using the lot map of the area as a background.
Mapping Kinds of Usage
By using different colours on the map different kinds of land usage are signified.
